Platanos College receives three Educational Outcomes awards from the SSAT

We are delighted that Platanos College has received national recognition for its exceptional pupil achievement, making it one of the top schools in the country again this year.

Data analysis from official statistics show that Platanos College is in the top 10% nationally for pupil progress and top 20% for pupil attainment. Additionally, the college has received an award for its success in achieving high levels of performance for pupils eligible for the pupil premium.

This is the third successive year the college has received an SSAT award in recognition of its high performance.

Platanos College was also congratulated for its exceptional achievement by the Minister of State for School Standards earlier this year.

The school has also previously been recognised by the Sutton Trust as among the best in the country after an analysis of the 500 top-performing schools and is a member of the SSAT Leading Edge network of high-performing schools.
