Doctors in Training
Students from King’s College London came to speak to Year 8 and Year 11 pupils about the process of becoming a doctor. Pupils learnt about the demands of studying medicine and were able to experience hands on how to suture wounds, take blood and monitor blood pressure. As many of our pupils have high aspirations, this was a very informative session for them and gave the pupils an insight into life as a medical student.
